Based in Normandy, France (approx. 100 km from Paris), the Quality Assurance Senior Manager will be responsible, with his/her internationally based team, for the Quality Assurance for all external manufacturing operations in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle-East, Africa).

His/her role will be to monitor the quality aspects of all production sites in the area in accordance with the industry and the group's best practices. His/her contribution will also be to continuously improve and promote the highest Quality criteria and standards within the subcontractors' network. He/she will have to work in close relationship with the commercial group based abroad.

For this management position, we are looking for a professional who has already built a significant experience in the Quality function and/or Production area. It is absolutely essential that the candidate is familiar with the pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This experience may be in addition to other experience in consumer goods environments such as cosmetics, food, etc.

It is also very important that the candidate has a hands-on and operational approach together with positive influencer skills and ability to deal with senior stakeholders if he/she wants to succeed in this strategic position within the company. A dynamic, well-organized, committed and pro-active personality will be a clear asset for career growth in the longer term.
